This is the first step into Reiki and is open to anyone. In this class you will learn what Reiki is, how it works, and what it can be used for. We will cover a brief history of Reiki, Usui lineage as well as Holy Fire and how it's been added into the practice in recent years. You will learn and practice the ten traditional hand positions, as well as intuitive hand placements. There will be guided meditations as well as several discussions on how Reiki can support wellness. With the completion of this class you will be ready to practice Reiki on yourself and others.
